It is not expensive. But you pay what you get. I own this model for a year now. Every time I print, there will be paper jam. The noice is so loud that it seems falling apart. Definitely not recommended. |

We purchased one of those for a computer lab at an elementary school setting with approximately 25 computers. The price and features were very good, but the first printer was noisier than a small airplane. Konica sent us a replacement, and that too was missing a piece - DOA. The third one worked well for several weeks, until a paper jam that was too deep for us to clean made us send yet another one back to Konica. The current one finished the year without problems. It may just be a spat of bad luck, but for all the time that the printer worked, it did a splendid job. In the end, I do recommend the printer even though there was some bad luck! |

At the price that TigerDirect is offering this printer, it's a great deal. This is a great printer for both a small office/workgroup, or at this price, even home use. This printer has higher resolution and faster print speed than most other printers in this price range. In my opinion, the print quality is extremely good in both black and white and color. Printer seems to be well constructed and when you have it plugged into the LAN, the built in web administration tools are pretty good. One other benefit I found was that this printer works really well on Vista x64. |
