This product does exactly what it's supposed to do (for me). I've used it on laptops and desktops. I've also used a USB to PS2 converter on the mouse side (had a USB mouse - this adapter wants PS2 mouse and keyboard connections).

This relatively simple product failed to work properly on a Dell laptop with a USB 1.1 interface. The keyboard worked fine, but the mouse would only move left and right. More than one brand of properly working mouse was tried. |

Plugged it in and have had no problems. It has worked out fine for me. I am using it to project with an LCD projector as well as the monitor. |
