OK!!
this product was hard to put on to my Amd but it dose work for amd keeps my computer 15-20 degrees cooler then the stock cooler. But a little bending on the brackets that came with the cooler and it screwed right on i recommend not buying if your not willing to do some tweaking of your own.

Not Compatible
The description of the product claims that it is compatible with AM2 and AM3 sockets. I got lucky my roommate had an lntel socket that he could use it with. Don't buy for AMD!
