The Biostar small form PCs are amazing!
And the 200V is super-quiet! More silent than
some notebooks.
The layout inside is very well designed. We can see that their engineers looked at earlier types of XPC and did a new better design. The heatsink and large enough fans are clever and efficient.
(The 200V fans usually spins at 2000-2400 RPM -- not
the noisy >3000 RPM some less well designed XPCs).

NOTE for Linux fans: so far, I have tried several distros (RH9, Suse9, Mdk), and, the only distro
which recognizes the IDE controler and enables UDMA 100 is Mandrake 9.2
Also, neither OpenBSD 3.4 nor FreeBSD 5.1 c
