Small price, Small payout
I have had the same problems others have reported with the screen going black or giving me no signal at initial start up. I was finally able to get it going and get Windows 7 installed, but now it will just randomly shut down after a few hours. I have also been unable to install my R6670 graphics card. I get no signal once I place it in the PCI-E slot. I have to take it out and use on board graphics. I get no beeps, sounds, nothing. I will probly return this board and go with something better.

Figured out the issue
Like others, I also had the same problem with the system hanging; screen goes blank, cpu fan speeds up, and the only way to reset was to unplug the unit. Tried different drivers, power supplies, memory and even exchanged the motherboard. The problem kept coming back. I then tried changing some settings in the Bios. After disabling the AMD C6 Mode the problem disappeared and did not return. The system has been running for over a week without a single failure. This mode is enabled by default in the Bios. I'd suggest giving it a try if you are also experiencing this problem.

Not sure why y'all are being so nice.
It's a junk board. Totally unstable. I was having the same experience that others have described. The system would die after 15-45 minutes of use. Video out, fan revving, all switches unresponsive. I had to take my whole build apart. Replaced the board with a Gigabyte GA-F2A85XM-D3H. System is now as stable as anyone could hope for. Some things you just can't skimp on.

great price
built kit works great but shuts down no reset button or on off button will work have to cut power fixed problem windows 8 setting turns hard drive off after 20 minutes was causing the problem set hard drive to never shut down have been stable for 2 weeks now
