This is my first smart phone, dang where havce I been? This thing has made lugging my laptop obsolete!!!
I just wish they would make keyboards for folks with REAL HUMAN SIZED FINGERS!!!!

I think this is a great phone for the money. The phone actually comes from Translucent communication based in Florida. My first phone had an out the box defect (unfortunate but it happens) I instantly returned it hoping to get a refund but only an exchange was availble.

I received this phone less than 48 hours after ordering - thanks! The phone itself has met all my expectations. The interface is intuitive, and the new trackpad is great. This phone is not as feature rich as the Curve 8900, but the 8520 costs less and gets the job done. Also, the manufacturer will be releasing new firmware for this phone soon, which I tried as a beta version, and the interface will be even more intuitive and customizable. So don't hesitate to buy this, unless you have a larger budget for higher-end berries.

While the 8900 has a much shaper screen nothing beats this 8520 for simple to use controls (especially media ones at the top) and it's worked flawlessly with my wireless provider's Blackberry services. Very happy with device; great sound quality, flawless & dependable Blackberry services. Thank you for a great unlocked and ''unbranded'' handset!

1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet.
