This is a good product for the price. There are two wireless handsets and the sound quality is fine. The buttons are pretty easy to use. I just wish there was a built-in answering machine. Other than that, this phone set works so much better than the phone it was replacing (messages couldn't be understood, sometimes could not dial out, and sound quality was poor). |

I ordered this item to donate to a museum where I volunteer. It replaces an older unit that died. The unit include two handsets, each with its own base unit-charger. It's compact, works well, and has all the features we needed. If it turns out to be durable as well, it will be a real bargain. |

This product had all the features I was seeking and I'm very pleased with it's performance. Sound quality is fine, range is more than adequate. I was delighted to discover that all names and phone numbers entered into the directory were available on both phones, regardless of which phone I used to enter them; this was not the case with my previous 2 phone system. |

Phone performs as advertised. Clear reception, good range, good features. Only improvement I'd suggest would be a jack for a headset. |
