This is a decent drive not as fast as the toshiba SD-M1912, quite and has a real tight tray. got this one since it was the only black one sold here. It is a BenQ so no fear for firmware updates being available.

Just installed this rom last night.and it plays great . It's a little loud loading and the motor is a little on the loud side - but for the money you cant beat it. Also got the refurbished TDK dvd burner for 69.00. Same thing alittle noisy but for the money it's a hell of a buy.
