Keep Looking
Hey, it's OK, in fact I do like it and it does what I wanted. But once I got it and have started using it, I see lots of room for improvement: 1) icons for your files 2) easier navigation with choice of indexing -not just by file name, but artist name, file type, file size etc 3) forwarding through the song - it's a file, so it would be nice to click and drag through the file rather than using FF buttons 4) the remote is tiny, it needs just to be a little larger and the buttons need do be differentiated better - FF button and next file button are almost identical and it's easy to hit the wrong one - and same goes for rewind vs. last track. 5) It won't play my .WMV files without conversion and the software provided does not have the proper codec for conversion. Anyway, for the money it's good value and I'm normally easily satisfied. But being a WD product, I am surprised it wasn't developed a bit further.

Great Product
I love this thing. I sold my Playstation because thats all I ever did was watch blu rays with it. I picked this baby up and never looked back. I got 3T worth of blu ray movies and now I just send em to my port hard drive and hook it up. The only thing that kind of sucks about it is that it kind of sucks to play ISOs but oh well. just extract and enjoy

decent to have.
Minuses - no menu support, format mov doesn't supported, for DTS should be receiver. The down side is that WD doesn't do much to improve situation through updates at least. Quality is pretty good though impossible to turn off unit to avoid overheating. Performance is perfect.

Best thing since slice bread
I have it since Feb. 2009. I just can't live without it. I bought it mostly because it plays MKV files. I have a lot of HD movies in that format and also some anime. Its AWESOME!
