First, the positives:
Flip style means no pocket dialing, which I have had a problem with using other phones from the same company. It also means you can carry it in a pocket without a huge bulge.
Plenty of tools, like web browser, maps, alarm clock, camera and video camera, easy to type keyboard. I love the MP3 player. It has great sound, and that's one fewer gadget I need to carry. The battery life is decent
On the minus side, it is a tad slow, and the screen is smaller than other web enabled phones, which makes web browsing less enjoyable.
The big issue is that this is my second one of these phones. The first one began to stop working randomly, and would take as much as 15-20 minutes to re-boot itself. At first it would come back with a battery out-reset, but over time, took longer to recover until finally, it went unrevivably dead. A quick web search revealed that I am not alone in having this experience. |

I have my phone for 2 months now. Good, Battery could be better, but it gets the job done! Word2go is good for reading documents, but need upgrade to edit documents, but it's ok ... I like it! |

I was only looking for a simple phone until I got into texting and my old phone broke. This really is the best of both worlds and it's a Blackberry. The Roller Ball alone will make me never go back. This phone gets great connection, clear photos, USB cable, WiFi connect, MP3 and comes with stereo headphones. I paid 350US for mine. I should have shopped her first. |

Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
