With every essential business function in one unit, the magicolor® 2490MF is the perfect choice for controlling costs. PaperPort and scanning
PaperPort makes document handling, file sharing and archiving easy by providing a way to convert paper documents or images into digital format. All scanned files can be saved in JPEG, TIFF, PDF and other common file formats. Optimise data sharing through the scan to email feature, which enables digital documents to be sent to any email.

Printing at an exceptionally sharp 2400 x 600 dpi, the magicolor® 2490MF’s output speed is 5 pages per minute in colour, 20 pages per minute in monochrome and first page out is 21 seconds in colour and 12 seconds in monochrome. 24-bit scanning combines with a TWAIN and WIA compatible Windows® driver interface, USB 2.0 (High-Speed) and Ethernet connectivity, to add superb flexibility.
Direct Photo Print
The magicolor® 2490MF lets you print photos direct from any PictBridge-compliant digital camera. It’s fast, easy, and there is no PC involved. Using index printing, it also lets you print a content sheet first. With the facility to scale and rotate images as well, you have the convenience of managing and editing your photos – all from your camera.
