I got this for my kitchen to watch the morning news and am finding myself watching movies on it because of the great resolution. The only downside is that this screen does not fit a vesa swivel arm so you need to buy the Samsung walmount bracket and attach that to a vesa swivel arm unless you want to mount it flat on the wall |

Purchased the unit for our kitchen viewing, it fits on the counter with enough clearance for the above cupboards. Picture is great, sound is very tinny and not great, but after all this is for watching the news and other for short period while having supper.. Did not try as a computer monitor, so no comment on that aspect.
well afew months later and I am using this as a TV and computer monitor, works great for both ...

All the reviews I read before about this HDTV were true ! Very good TV, nice and crisp picture and fully loaded with features. Warning: This HDTV is not a sound system, it's a TV ! So don't expect a Home Theater Sound but for the rest... 2 thumbs up ! The warranty is also very interesting. At that price, with all it included it is virtually impossible to get a better deal than that ! |

Cleaning Your LCD Monitor or TV
Now that you have your new LCD Monitor or Widescreen TV, it is important to
use the right products to clean it. The wrong cleaner can damage the
surface of your display. However, there are many new cleaning products on the market designed especially for
LCD displays. We recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth and a special LCD
cleaner. (You can also use a cleaner that
contains any of the following: Water, Vinegar (mixed with water), or Isopropyl alcohol). BUT Do Not Use cleaners that contain any of the following agents: Acetone, Ethyl alcohol, Ethyl acid, Ammonia, Methyl chloride!
Important:
Do not spray any liquids directly on the LCD screen. Always apply the
solution to your cloth first, not directly to the parts you are cleaning.
Always use a soft cotton cloth. Some materials, such as paper towels or old
rags can cause scratches and damage the LCD screen.
