1. Sent it back once - End key not working. They send me back same phone. Palm wants to charge your card $400 for advanced replacement AND another $40 for the priviledge of getting a replacement. What ??!! Glad I have old phone.
2. Get it back, it breaks with same problem in 5 days. Back on phone with Palm. Want to charge me $40 and $400. After telling them they sent me old phone unfixed, they waive the $40 fee.
3. Get another phone. It breaks in ONE day with foggy screen AND it starts running all programs randomly. On the phone with Palm AGAIN. They want me to do a hard reset - for a foggy screen? R they nuts? They infomr me they sent another refurbished unit. Again I have to argue to get them to waive the $40 fee. Another $400 charge on my card.
4. I am still awaiting the replacment.
Conclusion: Junk phone, and Palm, sadly, after having Pilots and some many other Palm products - it is goodbye. Joke is the best way to describe their service. |

love the voice dialing and the voice announcements of calls I do not have to look at the phone at all
I have not used all the features of the phone yet, but so far so good, one minor point is the battery life this could be longer.
I would recommend this phone to every one |

Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
