I got it for my laptop so I could use my 5.1 speakers with it. It worked out really well. It took forever to install the software with all the updates but overall it ran very well. It really looks nice and comes with everything you need. If you have a laptop then this would be a good buy. |

One has to plug the USB in everytime AFTER the computer is turned on.
Otherwise- performs as expected. |

I purchased this product to facitiate the use of a laptop with my stereo system. It allows me to play audio files and rip analog inputs into the laptop with excellent sound and performance. I would recommend this product to anyone wishing to do the same. |

Okie Guys, creative lab took another big dumb on me again... this thing has been causing me so many problems, i didnt even want to return it! since we are moving on in the world of technology, creative seems to lag behind the rest of the competition i suppose. so i go out and wanted to find somthing nice for my computer, i buy it bring it home and installed it, next thing you know, i plug it in and bam! cracking noises and issues with windows 7 PRO.... common, 2 weeks worth of research into this products, found out that its not really great with windows 7.... even with the beta drivers, it is still causing issues, just a heads up for you guys out there, i been a tech for years, and i have ran in to many not smart things, this is in the top 10 for pieces of junk. |
