Great drive. Quiet, quick and sturdy. The only problem was the NERO 7 Essentials software. This is trash, DO NOT load this. It's a cheap trial version and it will cause havoc with your system. If you do load it you must clean it with Nero Clean Tool (twice) and reload your previous software. Take my word for it...do not install the software! |

BEST DARN BURNER I'VE EVER BOUGHT! NOT A SINGLE ERROR FOR THE 8 MONTHS I'VE HAD IT. BURNS CDs, DVDs, Lightscribe - EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT! NO ERRORS, GREAT PERFORMANCE, FAST BURNING; THIS DRIVE DOES EVERYTHING IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. WELL WORTH $30. |

Recieved drive, burned and played videos, but LightScribe did not work. Was loud and took on average over 12 hours to burn a dvd.
Just sent back, Hopefully the next one will work! |

I got this yesterday as an exchange from the Phillips Superwriter which didnt work on my custom build, and this one is working great, pretty damn fast when makin a DVD or large files, very low noise. i recommend anyone to buy this one. |
