I just got the phone today. It seems to work pretty well. The only thing is: in order to send or receive multimedia texts via the ATT service, you must have a 30 dollar a month data plan (in my area). The 155 dollar phone quickly turns into a 185 dollar phone, plus the 30 (again, my area) a month, not to mention your current rate. |

I love this phone the only thing I don't like is that you need to have interned and your not able to use the wifi |

I have had no real problems with the phone, my problem is with the windows mobile 5 OS that it runs. The phone itself was a good deal, and reception for talking and surfing works just fine. Battery life is not very good, I am an average user and have to fully recharge mine every night. The bluetooth works well. The phone OS comes up seriously short. I have no idea whats up with Microsoft, I just don't get what their priorities are when developing an OS. Most tasks open in the background (like IE, games, contact list), even after you close them, after awhile it bogs down seriously, Windows 98 style. Nothing is intuitive, some often used features are down right hard to find and get at. They ram MSN everything down your throat and do not give you any easy way to delete it. I have had experience with the Treo and its Palm OS, and while that is losing market share it is a MUCH better smartphone OS. I would NOT recommend any phone running Windows Mobile. Not yet at least. |

If you are looking for a smart phone, I would suggest looking elsewhere, this phone will only disapoint! If you are new to the smart phone arena, you may feel this is a wonderful device, however, trust in the fact that it's not. |

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEFECTIVE RETURNS ON CELL PHONES:
Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
