I purchased this Barebones kit 04/2007 and everything went fine except the on board audio driver. I had to go to RealTek's site for a good driver. I think as a whole this was a very good buy. It is performing flawless with Windows MCE 2005 & my TV Tuner installed. Although an inexspenive & simple case it looks great & board mounted with no trouble. The Pentium D 3.2 GHZ processor with this mother boards onboard features makes it a power house out of the box. I was on a small budget & I am just real pleased with Tiger and will give them first conideration whenever I am purchasing computing items in the future.

I have made numerous purchases from Tiger, and I have been 100% satisfied with all of them. I recently purchased this barebones and I was very maticulate on the assembly, taking extended precautionary measures to prevent static. The system is very nice, BUT, Windows WILL NOT INSTALL. I purchased Windows XP Home (full version), but to no avail. I had to bring the system to a PC repair shop, and they did get Windows to install. Problem was, the Hard Drive was defective. I purchased a new drive from Tiger. and now, once again, I can't get Windows to install. Tiger is GREAT, but there seems to be a problem here. Tiger may need to offer some Technical advice on this.

Tiger dilivered on time. I thought it was a good value for the buck. However, like the reviewer below, cannot get windows XP to instal, it will halt past the file copying phase with an invalid page fault on ''partmgr.sys''. I suspect Intel is to blame and will be contacting them tomorrow. If they are helpful and I can get it fixed I'll post better results here and possible fix.

Fast delivery from Tiger. Good value and features...if only it would boot up Windows. Windows installation consistently halts with a PCI.SYS error. Tried swapping memory, tried another drive with windows already loaded, reseated cables, checked power supply voltages and rechecked BIOS settings - all the obvious stuff. Still no joy. After ten days and many fruitless hours of troubleshooting I am still unable to use the system. Am beginning to suspect a bad CPU or MOBO. If I can ever get things working I'm sure I'll love it.

This is really a mixed review. Likely due to an issue that may or may not be at fault of the product. Installed fine, although the standoffs didnt fit with the screws properly. Everything done with a static band and extreme caution. Plug it in and switch on, go to hit power, and blue sparks went flying out the back. If this is an isolated case this product would be amazing, and the components are quite nice. The power supply seemed cheap however, and thusly proved it. I plugged in an other power supply and the system booted nicely, even after the above. Don't put your faith on the power that comes with the case, and this is a good product.
