Ordered a Hann monitor beginning of April, it's now mid May. Still don't have a working monitor. ''Repaired'' monitor returned with same dead pixels and no stand. No one at Hann (I-Inc) will answer the phone or call back. Very aggravated. Don't waste your money on their products.

When I got the TV the first thing I discovered was that the remote did not work. I have been unable to find a code to work with my universal remote. I also found that the composite video input did not work. I am able to use the TV using the buttons on top and the remotes of the peripherals I've hooked up. The company has not responded to my e-mail or calls. On the plus side the image is great!

I received the item within a few days after I ordered it which impressed me. The box had no damage and all the packing was factory. I hook it all up and press the power button and nothing happens. I tried a different plug and checked all my cables to make sure they were properly plugged in, which they were, and still nothing. So I call the manufacturer's customer service, which leaves something to be desired. I was holding for them for a total of about 30 minutes between the 3 times I called them. They wanted to send out a repair tech, but I told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted either a new one or my money back. I let a day go by before I had to call them back and finally got them to send me a new one. They sent me a shipping label to send back the broken one and then wait for the new one to come. They said it's going to take 2 weeks. I'm definitely not impressed with this product so far. Hopefully the new one at least works.

This set is good for the price. Every connection you could need is available. The color is OK and the sound is much better than I expected. It comes with the table top stand attached, so it starts up with minimal effort. However, if you are not a metal worker, you cannot mount the TV to either of the wall mounts that are recommended on the page. i-inc had a proprietary mount, but e-mail sent to their contact from their web site bounces back.
