Canoscan LiDE 600F Color Scanner
Ergonomically designed, the CanoScan LiDE 600F is the ultimate LiDE scanner, with more power per square millimetre than just about any other scanner. Super slim and compact the CanoScan LiDE 600F features a unique 3-way design with double hinged lid so that you can scan just about any item. The built in stand caters to drop-in scanning and allows the scanner to be stored upright to save on space.

Film scanning
The CanoScan LiDE 600F comes with a versatile film adapter unit (FAU), which when attached, allows you to scan 6 x 35mm negatives in a single operation.

Automatic retouching
Using infrared scanning detection, FARE Level 3 technology automatically restores scratched, damaged or faded film, saving hours of manual retouching. It also reduces graininess resulting from high speed film, and includes backlight compensation. QARE Level 3 performs the same functions for photo prints.

High Quality
With a 4800 x 9600 dpi LIDE sensor capturing every detail, the CanoScan LiDE 600F delivers superb, crisp images suitable for enlargement and high-resolution printing. The 48-bit colour depth ensures your scans have exceptionally accurate colour reproduction.

Power and speed
Reducing desktop clutter, the CanoScan LiDE 600F draws all the power that it needs from a single USB connection. The scanner is highly portable, and can be used just about anywhere with a laptop computer. Rapid scanning and transfer of top quality images is also ensured with the USB 2.0 Hi-Speed connection.

Scan Multi-photos
The CanoScan LiDE 600F saves time with Canon's fast Multi-Photo mode, which allows you to scan up to 10 separate photos in a single pass. Multi-Photo automatically identifies, crops and straightens multiple images.

EZ buttons
Offering flexibility and saving you time, seven scan buttons provide one-touch operation of common scan tasks. Customise these to perform the functions you use most: copying, scanning, PDF file creation, or sending to your e-mail program. Four of the buttons are dedicated to scanning straight to PDF.

Comprehensive software
With ArcSoft PhotoStudio, OmniPage SE and Presto!PageManager you can edit photo images, convert paper documents straight into editable files and manage all scanned images. Canon's ScanGear and CanoScan Toolbox have been upgraded to include better image quality and functionality.
