The N800 was much better and problems were fixed after upgrading the software. Sadly the camera does not work with Skype or MSN which was what I bought it for. Needs more main memory and SD limit is 2GB for each of the 2 SD slots. |

i got the Nokia N800 was great all the features and quality for the performance. what disappoints me is that the webcam is not clear when in use also the pouch was not included in the box at all in the shipping. |

Amazing!! Did OS2008 upgrade immediately. I read a 350 page pdf book for hours in bed. pleasant on eyes due to great resolution, only need to vertical scroll 2x per page. I keep backstand open so the device is hugging my hand like a glove!! can scroll my 8 MB jpeg posters and diagrams with ease. plug SDHC on back to max vmem to 128MB. barely feel it in my pocket. very bright screen, colors-videos are stunning. net is full of opensource softwares, guides, and tricks if you dig deep enough. crispy-clear webTV, control win or ubuntu pc thru web, write documents and send to pc using bt, great calendar that syncs g-cal, chat, irc, stay online while on standby reliably, built-in mic, minimize programs, big fast-typing qwerty. Just ordered a foldable bt(HID)keyboard so less need for laptop. |

I purchased the Nokia N800 for my nephew as an alternative replacement for his Sony Mylo Com-2, in which the sliding hinge broke a year or more later, rendering the device unusable.
When i purchased the Nokia N800 and received it a few days later everything seemed to work fine, with its vast features for Apps, IM, media playback, rich internet experience, strong WiFi, and Bluetooth Connectivity, even though the camera was deplorable in quality the device almost seemed like a god send.
Within a week later the device displayed irregularities with a screen full of colored vertical lines, even though everything worked fine with the device in this state.
I would be very weary about the quality of screens nokia installs on their devices. |

Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
