I have an MSI motherboard and windows 7. Added this pci card but had problems with recognition by the mb. Trying to use the firewire for video. No newer drivers available and after two blue screens I figured that this would only bring more issue. Returning the product and I will forego the extra usb and firewire outlets. Maybe its a combination of things, but I don't have the time to waste on a product that doesn't plug and play. I have never had a pci product not work. This is the first. |

Great product. I especially like the internal connection ports. The only drawback was trying to fit the card into the slot, but after quickly reposisitioning the mounting plate it fit perfectly. Running under Windows 7 the drivers even loaded without the included software.

I bought three of these cards for our school broadcast computers. We use the firewire ports to capture video for editing. They installed easily, drivers picked up automatically, and they have been flawless so far. |
