I bought this to decrease the amount of loss of signal times. It gave me only 1 to 2 bars on the connection meter. When I called linksys for support, the router was working. 4 hrs. later, the router (WRT160N) was toast, according to tech support, and I lost internet completely. I now know everybody's name at tech support being shuffled through 8 people. It's obvious they don't know what they are doing.
