Works fine but has one problem; keeps dialing automaticaly by when just moving around because of where the on button is;the slide on the side to redial or make a call. |

All I want from my phone is durability, good battery life and good reception. This thing goes well beyond my expectations. I knew it didn't have a camera and I wont be using it as an mp3 player, if your interested in that sort of thing shop elsewhere. Oh and the keyboard makes text messaging super easy |

I had this phone for one week. You CAN not upload themes, wallpapers etc or the phone will crash.
Also when you take the Batt. out the phone crashes and wont work for 1-2 days (and after the 1-2 days you have to reset and wipe the phone out to make it work again)
So if you want a phone that crashes day to day then please buy this phone.
Also theres no camera, music, video and internet only works if you have a data plan. |

I bought the phone to use while traveling around the UK. The phone works great. Although to benefit using your email & web browser u have to be on a contract plan, otherwise u can only make calls and sms on a UK paygo topup sim card. Even though this phone is an older model I love how the buttons are larger than the ones on my bbpearl phone, I hate how the buttons are smaller on the newer bb's. Not bad for the price paid. I wish this model had a camera, otherwise I love this phone! |

My second BlackBerry. I had an old Blackberry that I have had to use several times when other cell phones have broke.
The old one has beed old faitful, so I decided to go back to a Blackberry. |

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEFECTIVE RETURNS ON CELL PHONES:
Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
