A very comfortable headset; just a little warm on the ears. I have experience with both the Logitech 250 and this headset, and I recommend both. The cord on the DSP-400 is longer than most, and it can stretch around your desk if it's unraveled. My solution is simple: Keep the second twist tie on the cable. This way, the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) rests on the desk near the USB port, and there's 1-2 feet extra room for the headset (as opposed to 6-7 feet). Microphone quality is excellent and the headset has no trouble picking up my voice. Overall highly recommended.

The students of the Veterans Business Training Center use this particular headset because it is the ''Ford F-250'' of headsets. Durable, reliable, and strong. I highly reccomend this product.
