Worked perfectly out of the box, no need to install any software, automatically recognized by both computers I tried it on. I have the same issue as the other reviewer, with the left shift key producing a ''\'' whenever it is hit; the right shift key is pretty small, so it's a bit awkward to use that one. Other than that, no complaints. Fine keyboard, great range (it's connected to a media PC that sits in a different floor of the house!), and a great deal.

Good product with at least one issue... the left shift key types a ''/'' vice shifting the key set. Otherwise works well and is very handy. Once I get accustomed to only using the right shift key I'll stop complaining. On the upside, it is the best wireless keyboard that includes a mouse (actually a joystick) that I've used. The joystick is handy and enables me to work at a pretty good distance from my LCD TV that my multi-media computer is connected to without removing my hands to hold or manipulate a mouse. If I used this PC exclusively it probably wouldn't be what I'd want, but this isn't the computer I surf the net with or even do much work on other than multi-media stuff so it is okay. It is good enough that I purchased a 2nd one for my bedroom PC which doesn't see much action either.
