After getting burned on an open box IBM T40 laptop last year, I was a little skeptical to say the least. This Gateway is absolutely GREAT! It may as well be brand new. The numeric keypad is a bonus and the screen is amazing. I can't get over how much better it looks than the IBM. I can't get over how much cooler it runs too. You can't go wrong with this one. |

First Gateway, great deal, running with 1 gig memory and handles everything I use it for. Screen looks great (only 1 dead pixel), connected to my wireless network easily. Used for some work applications but mainly for internet and movies. Did remove some Gateway software, but that's just my preference. Thanks for a great deal Tiger. |

I wish the one I received had a DVD burner capability and the 17'' screen never fills up. |

I run my own business from home and my computer needs to be my life line and this lap top is top of the line. I have been very impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great computer. My kids love the large cinematic display and the clear pictures for videos and games. You will not be sorry if you select this as your next lap top. |
