The simple and intuitive Magicard ID software allows you to create and print
ID Badges, Loyalty Cards, Visitor Badges, Business Cards and more
Authentication
The patented Magicard HolokoteTM anti-forgery
card protection eliminates the threat from fake IDs and is standard on all
Rio & Tango models. Holokote is an anti-copying watermark across the entire
card surface, that becomes visible when the card is viewed at an angle.
There is no additional cost involved in printing Holokote cards.
Optional Additional
Security
When used with the optional Magicard HoloPatchTM card stock, one of the
security logos is highlighted by a highly reflective gold 'super-diffuser'
patch, making the logo clearly visible under all lighting conditions. HoloKoteTM
with HoloPatchTM has a similar appearance to credit card hologram patches.
Quality Output
300dpi High quality images, with true colors print right to the edge of
the ID card. Note you will need a PC camera.

HoloPatch™
When used with the optional Magicard HoloPatch™ card stock, one of the security
logos is highlighted by a highly reflective gold 'super-diffuser' patch, making
the logo clearly visible under all lighting conditions. HoloKote™ with HoloPatch™
has a similar appearance to credit card hologram patches.
Full Bleed
High-quality 300dpi images, with true colors, right to the edge of the card. Standard
on all printers.
Specifications
Print Speed: Prints a full color edge-to-edge image in 35 seconds,
and a monochrome image in 6 seconds.
Card security: The user can choose whether to print a HoloKote™
anti-copying watermark across the entire face of card. When used with HoloPatch™
cards, one area of the HoloKote™ watermark is highlighted as a high visibility
security seal.
Data Interface to PC: USB rev1.1 (USB 2.0 compatible).
Software drivers: Windows 98, WindowsME, 2000, XP, Vista (all supplied with
printer).

AV1: Full color, resin black, & overcoat (YMCKO) 250 shots per roll.
LC1: YMCKO 5 panel dye film 350 shots per roll.
LC3 : Monochrome resin black 1000 shots per roll.
Range of color ribbons (red, blue, green, gold, silver or white) 1000 shots
per roll.
Card types: Prints on all standard PVC ISO CR80 sized cards. HoloPatch™
cards available.
Card thickness: 0.015" to 0.063" (0.38mm to 1.6mm).

Cables
Most printers do not come with data cables included. Check each
printer's specifications for what is included. If you need cables -
USB, Parallel (Centronics), Serial, SCSI, or any other - We have them ALL!
So be sure to get the cables you need when buying your printer!
