Wanted to play with a tuner card to see how a computer-tuner card worked. This card is fine but my cable signel is a little weak. The TV that was hooked up didn't have any troubles getting channels. This has some problems getting some of the channels, other have varing degrees of snow-interference. Other some in well. I had these problems before my cable company |

THis is not a top of the line item.. but if you just want to be able to watch TV, record it, or even record a video feed from another source, it is ok for the money. No a very high rez, so do not expect DVD quality. Software is pretty straight forward and ez to set up to record. Mine is about 2 years old or more and is still working perfectly. I purchase another slightly more expensive one of another brand and it did not last 6 months so I think this one has proved it is built to last. I've also had this in 2 systems with zero problems on stability. |
